I made an appointment and it took over 9 hours to complete a minor service, this was ridiculous for an oil change , alignment and other minor fluid changes. Then when I received my car the tire pressure light came on which has never come on since I’ve had this car. This was awful

This is a new pilot and already had this manufacturing defect. Even though it was fixed but Honda quality control is questionable.

Luckily I chose to take the Uber home instead of wait the 2 hour estimated maintenance checkup time which took closer to 6 hours. But they learned my battery was low so replaced it. The Uber ride was very efficient and Maria stayed late so I could get my car back the same day thankfully.
