I did not authorize the diagnosis I had one about fibr or six weeks ago snd had budgeted the work. I don’t appreciate paying for two estimates
As always, a job well done by Easy Honda and Rudy. After picking up my car and driving a few miles, I noticed that the alignment of the steering wheel was not matching the alignment of the wheels - the steering wheel had to be turned about 20 degrees to the left to keep the wheels straight. I drove right back and explained the issue, Rudy was able to get the team working on it as soon as possible to fix the issue in a professional manner. I did not have to wait long to get my car back after bringing it back. Greatly appreciate Rudy and the service provided by the Service Department in fixing a mistake.
Irresponsables había ido la semana anterior l dia jueves como a las 11am y me dijeron estaban full pedí una cita para el día Martes me atendió el sr Rick Rodriguez y me dijo el martes 9am dura 2 h y así lo hice llegue antes de las 9am y pedí que por favor el carro antes de las 2pm por trabajo y como a las 1:45 pm después de llamar me informan que no está listo. Mi trabajo es recoger niños y no podía dejarlos abandonados. Así que me moleste porque en ningún momento me escucharon. No se le hizo servicio a mi vehículo

I am completely satisfied with Pierre Ramirez’s service. I’m not completely satisfied with the brake job I had done. My brakes feel more “soft” than before the work was done. When I have my foot on the brake to start my car, the brakes feel soft and the brake pedal almost touches the floor board.
Erik was super courteous and professional. Clear communicator and glad I got to work with him on this visit.
