Nothing relevant in the way of comments. I own the vehicle 100%, I paid cash for it in 2018. I will probably continue to do that for the rest of the time that I am driving. I have a strong aversion to paying interest.

Why does it take 2 hours to complete a job that is notated as one hour. I asked to speak to a service manager; he never showed up. Charging customers a 3% up charge for using a credit card is not customer friendly. My advisor put my car in the employee parking lot after it was washed, when there were ample parking spaces near the customer service area. Between the extreme cold and the fact that I am a disabled senior citizen, that extra 1000 feet was very unpleasant. Hell will freeze over before you see me again!
