Erik was great! Even though my car was towed and dropped off with him with no information, he had already begun to figure out the problem before I called him the next morning. He quickly figured out the issue, corrected it, and even corrected a recall item that I wasn’t aware of. I am happily back in my car and Erik made the process super easy!

My vehicle has a persistent gasoline odor following the replacement of the fuel pump under a recall. When I called and spoke to your representative, they shared that it's normal for that to happen because the cabin is exposed to fuel during the repair. When I received the vehicle I wasn't informed and as a result was exposed to toxic gasoline fumes in the confined space of the vehicle's cabin.
I will not use Easy Honda again, will warn people away from the service department there, and am considering my options for reporting negligent exposure to a toxic substance.
