I have worked with Eric for about five years now. I don’t know any of the other service technicians. It is nice to find Eric to be in his office, that’s in the service area. So on this, another service call, it’s comforting to know that Eric understands the vehicle and can explain any issues my vehicle has. He explains it to me clearly. Thank you, Eric., I appreciate how you take care of my service needs for my Honda CRV hybrid.
