I went to get an emissions inspection on my vehicle. When I left, I was not given the paper that confirmed that my car had passed the inspection, so I had to come back. Then later I noticed that they left a part under my panel disconnected, so I had to call in and ask for instructions on how to reconnect it myself. For such a simple service, the outcome was not great.

Outstanding customer service
The only thing that I wasn't happy with was how long the car was kept 9:30 am to almost 6pm but by the same token I understand that I was squeezed in there because if not I would have to have waited til March 1 due to my work schedule so all in all I appreciate all the hard work
