My oil change appointment is at 10:00am in the morning. They said it will take 3 to 4 hours. When I went back dealer at 2:00 pm, they did not even started my oil change yet. I had to come back home then they text me my car is ready to pick up at 3:30 pm. It only takes 30 minutes to do the oil change but they did not proceed at all. Why do I need appointment if the service is not ready 5 hours later.

Service advisor Rickie was very unpleasant, he was questioning the information I was letting him about my vehicle he did not even want to check the system for prior service on the chart! , I have always had a great experience but Today was Horrible no customer service at all! I was left for over 15 min outside when it was freezing never offered to step inside a waiting area , advisor very dry
