This is the second Venza I’ve owned since 2021; I purchased it last July. The concerning “noise” I’m hearing from the tires is not something I heard with my previous Venza, nor did I hear it in this car until a month or so ago. I am extremely sensitive to ambient noise, and this “new” sound has made it difficult for me to hold conversations (both in person and over the phone). For a car that was purchased not even a year ago, there shouldn’t be any issues with the tires. I wanted the mechanic to listen for the sound, not spend time trying to decide if he could hold a conversation with someone in the car. That doesn’t replicate my own experience at all.

It wasn't matt. It was Kim Christie that I worked with. Arrived at 1p for scheduled appointment that I did not get a reminder for. Inspection and oil change on a RAV4. Left the building at 3:07pm. No explanation whatsoever of why it took 127 minutes for this service when usually takes less than 60 minutes. Palmiero Toyota do better! No apology either. Everyone acted like this is normal, sort of hum drum. Might be a good time for changes. Don't call me, I do not want to listen to your excuses. Too late. Just take care of your problems.

Tundra still has a miss it, especially when climbing a hill. People are mentioning maybes timing chain was put on a little off? Will need to set up another appt for service.

Very friendly quick service, in and out in less than a hour. We have always been happy with Palmiero. This is why I drive more than 30 miles to buy and get my truck serviced there.

1) The charge port that we paid to have fixed, and were told was fixed, is not fixed at all. 2) The loaner vehicle that was provided to me was down over twelve dollars in gas as it was at Palmiero. I filled it up, but I was paying for gas someone else used. Also, there are some scuffs on the front of the car in the bumper area. These were there when the car provided to me, but not noted.

The team went out of their way to special order a tire in for me with next day delivery, then squeezed me in without a appointment once the tire came to have it mounted and allow me to get on my way. Beyond grateful for their service and accommodations in dealing with a less then ideal situation. Thank you!
