Very Professional, Left All My belongings and didnt try to upsell me a bunch of stuff and did their best to diagnose my problem and recommended me to a better place to have my problem dealt with when they could not fully diagnose it due to the make of my car.

Asked for steering wheel to be straightened, it was not, if I hold steering wheel straight the vehicle veers to the right, you guys aligned car in April, it wasn’t straight then , and now, I can’t believe you actually did the alignment. Everything is the same as it was when I brought it it, and no mention of cupped tires, did tech even look ?

Good morning, I have purchased a few vehicles from your business and the place use to be great. Service has seem to get slower. I was there almost 2 hours for an inspection which should only be a round an hour if that. I understand things happen once in awhile but I believe I've given enough chances and will no longer use your service even though inspection is free it's not worth my time. Oil change took almost 3 hours the time before.i'm going to go to the Toyota dealership in Butler or Franklin instead. Shawn T

They were are helpful in various way. From the fixing and rechecked the issue to helping us finding a new salesperson who helped us start the ball rolling towards a new vehicle.she also went out of her way to check the vehicle for me ,actually start it to see if the light came on. Which it didn't.
