Seriously, $113 American dollars for the the old shut headlight bulbs! When I can’t see because there so dim! I had LED Bulbs in there. Now i have to go out and buy new LED bulbs and spend another $100+ To replace the crappy dim bulbs I just bought from you!!!! How do you think I feel! Other than that service was pretty good!

Not a huge deal but I believed my blinker lights were burnt out. I asked for them to be checked. I was told they were fine. I went afterwards and bought new bulbs. Sure enough, they were burnt out.

Palmiero Toyota service and sales Depts have always been great. My 2022 RAV4 hybrid was towed in due to a problem during the severe cold spell. It was covered under warranty. You took care of everything and I had a loaner from you to use for a week and a half, which was a godsend. Thank you again.

I purchased a new 2024 Venza Limited last December, just over 1 year ago, from Palmiero and it only has 18,300 miles on it. Yesterday, at my routine maintenance check, I was told the tires are already worn out and need replaced. I was quoted over $1300 for 4 new tires. Your website reads that it will price match tires. I found a better price at Flynn’s and was told you could not match it with no explanation as to why. So, 2 things: 1. How can my original tires not be under warranty when I’m not even at 20,000 yet and 2. Don’t advertise price matching if you aren’t going to honor it.
