I would like it documented that the oil cap was not put on and oil all over my engine. I not sure how much oil was lost but if I didn’t go back my engine could blew up or cause a fire

Very happy with service. However, there is a disconnect on picking up the vehicle. This is the 3rd time the driver has gone to the wrong location despite specific instructions.... liberty st entrance and keys are with the operator.
