I just bought this car from you 8 months ago. Paid cash $23,000 the end of December. I now has problems and I was charged 95$ to check the codes ? When I purchased the vehicle they put in a brand new battery. And it now needs a new one already? And why would I need new breaks and rotors on a new car already? When it was only driven less than 3000 miles.

This is my first car purchase from palmiero Toyota. I have been extremely satisfied from the very minute I walked through the door to look at vehicles and salesman Ryan came out with me to look at vehicles. The service is phenomenal. I also just bought a used Toyota RAV4 from a family that purchased it from there and it has gone through two family members. You are a fantastic dealership. Thank you. The only thing that I wish is that you would Branch out and get a Subaru dealership as well.

Staff accidentally drained the battery when receiving the car from towing service last Thursday. This turned off the dash warning lights and cleared all codes. They then kept the car for a week but failed to notice that the hybrid system battery was not properly discharging during test drives and returned the car without diagnosing problem. Dash warning lights came back on within ten miles of me picking the car up. I have returned it to the service parking lot and am awaiting a proper diagnosis.
