I made the appointment for my vehicle at 8:15am. I called to check the status of it at approximately 10:15am, and it had just then been brought into the building. Yes, it was a drop off, but I informed the young lady who made my appointment that I got off work at Walmart at 1, and needed to be able to have the truck ready to go then. When I called for the status update, I was told it would be done by 5. I stated that no, it needed to be completed by 1, as that is when I got off work and needed to be home for my child. I was then told that drop off appointments are "squeezed in when there's time". I had a scheduled time for my vehicle, and the fact that it was being brought into the garage at the time it should have reasonably been completed by rather aggravated me. I was NOT informed when I made the appointment that it would be "squeezed in", I made an appointment for a specific time to ensure that it would be completed in the time I needed it to be. Other times I have dropped my vehicle off before I went to work, and the appointment time I made was always kept, or it was completed early. Also, when the vehicle was purchased, we were informed by Ryan that we would have free oil changes and inspections. I have brought the truck in for several oil changes, and have paid for two. One when it was early, and again today. Ive had more than one oil change in the past 12 months, and only paid for today's. I was quite frustrated with my service today.

On the phone, you led me to believe that the service would be free. But in the end you charged me $34.44 for an emissions test. You should have told me that up front. Other than that, the service was fine.

I had specifically said I wanted the breaks on my 4Runner looked at. I was told that parts would be available. The techs said I needed rear pads and rotors just as we thought. The parts were noy available so they would need to do schedule a separate appointment. Why even ask me what I need to make sure parts are available to then not ne able to provide me with the service I needed.

We purchased this Tacoma last year as a Toyota Certified vehicle. The AC stopped working in January this year but since it was winter I thought I’d wait for the inspection to repair it. It was disappointing that though I was within the one year warranty I was outside the mileage as of today. Had I scheduled it when it broke, it would have been covered. On another level, I am very surprised that an AC unit had an issue being it’s a Toyota that is less than 5 yrs old and only 50k miles. Never expected such a thing from a Toyota. I’ve been a Toyota owner since 1992 and the quality has always been stellar up to this point. Sincerely, Damon.

When I called with my issue, I was told you guys were booked out for the week and to call back to Erie Toyota and see if I could get in sooner. Really good customer service to try sending someone to one of your leading competitors.
