I will report the mistakes to Toyota made by another dealer that resulted in my rear brake system failure after 25k miles which you repaired but cost me +$500. I hope to be reimbursed for that dealers mistake on my Certifed used car. John Modolo for Mary M

It is OK for me if Trevor good the gas tank is filled and Stanfield. The ramp is working, so I appreciate his working on it to the best of his ability at a time and that it took to fix it if I do need it anymore, I’ll probably have it up there, but I’m hoping it runs for a while with no help no trouble. I don’t know how to use that thing you hooked up to the battery. No one was there to show me so I guess I’ll have to find someone that knows what they’re doing to teach me how to use it but thank you very much for working on it.

Service personnel were great. Vehicle was service in a timely manner. Tires were rebalanced,vibration gone. Always enjoy talking to sales and office personnel I got to know over the years of doing business with Palmiero
