They lack communication and communication skills. They attempted returning the vehicle with an inspection expiring that day after 6 months of service work. Then they yelled at me for what they called their human error. Staff is rude and unprofessional

I felt like the secretary at the desk in the service area was over the top. I felt like she was my mom and made sure I had everything I needed absolutely love her. I will definitely be coming there for all my car needs. Thank you for your excellent service.

The maintenance and tire rotation was fine, but my preferred options were altered and I had to reset: 1) my preset seat adjustment 2) my preferred dashboard , and 3) my selection of auto headlights. Those are unnecessary inconveniences for me that could, and I submit SHOULD, have been switched back after all checks were done.
