This was 10++++ service from Palmeiro Toyota today. They serviced both of my Dad’s vehicles. I have been a long time Toyota owner myself and bought my first Toyota truck from Palmeiro in 1995, but haven’t been in the area for some time. Brian Harrison runs an excellent operation at Palmeiro’s. Kim is one of the nicest Service Managers I’ve worked with. I’m planning on returning as a regular Palmeiro customer after today. It’s about quality, honesty and relationships between customers and staff. Keep it simple like having a real person answer and direct calls when someone contacts you. Artificial like in AI means fake! Stay real and don’t go “fake”. Matt, Kim, Brad and Jeff are great. Thanks, Steve and Ruth Young

I dropped off my truck at 10:00 for new tires. Mounting and balance. I left there at 11:30 while waiting in the lobby. After waiting for an hour, the service lady suggested an inspection was due in December and they could do that today. She also suggested that my cabin filter needed changed. Why is your service department looking at all this when all I went in for was new tires, mounting and balancing. My mechanic offered me the alignment. I need new brakes and rotors also. Unfortunately for the dealership I can get these other services done much cheaper. The alignment was half the cost as what was quoted to me. Understand, I’m not complaining about the service so to speak, you just have a long ways to go to get me to bring my truck their for any maintenance issues because of the cost and upselling me other services.

The wait was worth it as I realized I needed new tires and didn't know when I would be able to schedule the appointment due to my work schedule. What a difference when I drove the vehicle. It was aligned and the tires felt "smooth".
