Failed to explain impact of taking a loaner vs. waiting in your lounge. Wasted most of the day because I took the loaner and was reduced in priority to those that waited in your lounge instead of driving around Meadville. Lost several hours of time. In future advise customers of impact if taking loaner...reduced priority.

Mary was great, but other things are consistently bad. When people come into the lobby the workers completely ignore the customers until they call a name.They have ignored people waiting for as long as I've been coming. However, after they call your name the workers are always friendly and helpful. Its become entertaining for me to watch every time I come in, because I've never experienced anything like it.

I only have Palmiero Toyota do the service on my 2012 Corolla since I purchased it in 2/2013. I have NEVER been disappointed with their service dept. prompt service, toyota parts, competent service, service car if needed and the people are decent people. I trust NO other.

For one thing, I really appreciate that Palmiero Toyota is very dog-friendly. My wife is out of town this week, so I didn't want to leave our poodle-mix Mitsy home alone for a potentially long and busy day at Palmiero. Staff and clients alike were delighted to see her. Also, the service process is communicated well.

I live in Hermitage, Pa. And lived here for 3 years, moving from Greenville, pa. I love the staff and have always been pleased with all your staff which for me is worth my 50 minute drive for service.
