Matt according to the worksheet 01/19/2023, the front brake pads were low (4B)and recommended to replace soon. The front rotors should be replaced at least resurfaced after replacing the pads. The rear brakes were good at (7B)Yesterday, 01/30/2023 mistakenly, it was the rear brake pads that were replaced and the rear brake rotors were resurfaced. I will call you tomorrow morning to talk about this issue. Donald F

There are several things that impressed me about service at Toyota in Meadville. I appreciated the speed at which my vehicle received attention, including frequent and friendly communication, and an online video of the work that needed to be accomplished. Jeff and Matt were fantastic!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is always high quality and they explain everything they are doing . No pressure to agree to additional recommended work. Always my decision. I’m treated with courtesy and respect. Comfortable waiting area with some refreshments and gift store area. I’ve used Toyota for my 3 RAV leases. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
