I was going to get a loaner, with weather so bad I opted to wait. The staff was very informative and gave me the wait time. They got my car in quickly and got my service and inspection done!!!! Very happy with service.

Asked specifically to check the sensors in my tires, as was the interior light was malfunctioning. It was looked at with the inspection saying that all was good. The service person, Tony was very informative in that he explained a manual device was used to indicate all was good but also was informed that there was a more diagnostic test to determine as to the level of “good” was not performed. We didn’t make it more than 10 miles to Conneaut Lake and the indicator was on again. I felt that a more thorough inspection should have been made, I now have to bring my vehicle back in 10 days for the problem I was most concerned about.All other services performed were good.

Kim, Matt and all the service writing team are very knowledgeable! Service Tech Michael Cornell explained completely the maintenance problem I was having with my 2010 Toyota Highlander. He completely run through the checklist to check for any maintenance issues. Corrected all problems in minimal time! Really confident and happy with the Palmiero Toyota experience!
