No reply to text messages about moving vehicle to different dealer to complete service of vehicle. We were told vehicle would be moved to a Jeep dealer if needed, nothing we had to do. It would be taken care of, no notification from Palmiero as of 7pm tonight.

I never received my multi-point inspection details and had no idea my vehicle was on hold for approval of added services for the inspection. I sent a text, emailed, and called twice before getting any response to find out what was going on with the vehicle. This resulted in having to wait a full day to get my car back, which was very inconvenient.
