Matt, had all the paperwork in order for the loaner. In and out quickly. He called and advised me that I could have my inspection done as well as tire rotation and oil change. He called and texted me about what needed to be done. I approved the fix. He called when my car was finished. Matt does an excellent job of taking care of customers as well as representing Toyota!

Paid to have my brakes fixed but was told nothing is wrong with them even though it is still making a loud noise. I paid for them to tell me basically I don’t have any issue with my brakes when there clearly is.

Answer all of my questions. I really like the updates on my vehicle by text. Our appointment was for 7/3 and took 3 days to here back until I called? The appointment was for a A/C issue which when we drove away not more than 5 minutes the issue was worse than we had before the appointment. Hopefully we will get our SUV back tomorrow.
