I’d like to say that despite me being informed by another garage that there was a completely other issue with my car, I appreciate how Jeffery and the dealership took the time and effort to really look into the issue. Within a decent time frame I was notified and the issue was resolved.

Jeffrey was very professional and attentive. He kindly retrieved the item I left in my car and did an excellent job explaining everything and making sure all of my questions were answered. The tech I spoke with was very kind and courteous. He thoroughly made sure that I understood the problem and what the outcome might be before going ahead with the service.

Not satisfied with refusing to repair the drivers seat..that should last more than 16 months I have gone out and bought very nice seat covers but I'm not going to pu them on until I get the original seat repaired

Don't appreciate being forced to pay bill through an outsourced link. Tried to pay through customer service but was put on hold TWICE for over 5 minutes both times. No one ever answered the phone! .
