We purchased this Tacoma last year as a Toyota Certified vehicle. The AC stopped working in January this year but since it was winter I thought I’d wait for the inspection to repair it. It was disappointing that though I was within the one year warranty I was outside the mileage as of today. Had I scheduled it when it broke, it would have been covered. On another level, I am very surprised that an AC unit had an issue being it’s a Toyota that is less than 5 yrs old and only 50k miles. Never expected such a thing from a Toyota. I’ve been a Toyota owner since 1992 and the quality has always been stellar up to this point. Sincerely, Damon.

When I called with my issue, I was told you guys were booked out for the week and to call back to Erie Toyota and see if I could get in sooner. Really good customer service to try sending someone to one of your leading competitors.

My appointment was at 8:45am and I didn't leave with my vehicle until 4pm. Wish my vehicle got taken care of sooner. Other than the delay, the service was good and the car is running better.

Well, you kept my vehicle for three weeks, put 63 miles on it, from what I can tell din't put any gas in it and sent it home dirty. Silly me, for being a Toyota guinea pig I thought you might at least clean it.

I was panic mode as I was leaving for an out of town trip and Blake discovered a nail in my tire. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and assured me my car would be serviced quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. Thanks, Blake.

We were satisfied with the work done…but they left the hood unlatched and we did not know til we were traveling down the road we saw it around 1/2 hour in traveling. It could have flown up towards us if we did not see it, we stopped the car and shut it. Be careful not to do this to others.
