It took 4 visits lasting a total of 43 days, not to mention 4 separate calls to AAA to deal with jump starts to my vehicle due to ongoing battery drain issues, but it looks like the most important and ongoing issues have finally been addressed. I appreciate Kyle’s patience in dealing with me, because I’ve been pretty grumpy about my vehicle’s issues never seeming to have been addressed. I’m glad things are finally better now and I feel my vehicle is now reliable.

After receiving the recent maintenance service for my vehicle at your center, I received the multi point inspection report that was emailed to me.
While checking the report, I noticed conflicting information regarding the brake inspection.
In the first email I received, the brake inspection was marked as “ Not performed.” However, after I contacted you with a question, the second email you sent showed the same item marked as “performed.”
To clarify the accurate service report, I would like to request the following documents:
1) The original Repair Order for this service visit - I would like to verify items that the technician actually checked and recorded.
2) The brake pad thickness measurements (in mm)- If the inspection was performed, the pad thickness values should be documented.
3) The original multi point inspection sheet - I am requesting the internal version completed by the technician, not the costumer-facing email summary.
I would like to confirm exactly what was performed during the service.
