The valet service was great. And while there was a mistake made on norm reeves’ end with the scheduling, I was very pleased with how calmly and easily it was resolved.

Kyle P. was professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and assessed the exterior of the car. He checked the inventory of the part and then processed the order of the part. Helped schedule an evening drop off and reserved a loaner car. Overall it was a quick appointment. Maybe 20-25 minutes. His actions demonstrated professionalism, knowledge and expertise.
