Kyle’s customer service was absolutely outstanding! I had previously taken my car to Genesis Santa Monica however, after my experience with Kyle and The Genesis Cerritos’s family, I will be bringing my vehicle to the Cerritos location from this point forward.
So far so good with 1st time experience. Just dealership need to set up a workstation for clients who choose to work on site while waiting for their car for servicing.
