Mariela was helpful at all times, never receiver or listen a “negative answer” , she was always giving us a positive solution for mostly everything.
I was lied to about the status of my vehicle. It had not been serviced the day it was brought in and the service advisor lied to me and told me that the vehicle needed a fuel injector WITHOUT even an inspection made. I had called several times, asking for an update with no response until hours later. The reason why I was calling for an update was because it was apparent through my Genesis Connected Service app that the vehicle had not been touched for service. Further, the vehicle didn’t even make it into service the following day prior to lunchtime. And again, I had to call my service advisor asking for updates because she didn’t call me like she said she would. Very disappointed with service, especially for a luxury vehicle such as Genesis.

Kyle went above and beyond to help! I didn’t get a genesis loaner, but I had scheduled a rental with an outside company but they didn’t have any cars available. I gave Kyle a call to cancel my maintenance service to bring it back next week but he was able to find a genesis service loaner for the day to get me home !

Kyle was polite and explained everything well to me when I checked my car in. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because I was told that it takes a week to order the part and I would need to leave my car for 2 weeks due to this recall. I am a teacher so I scheduled this appointment 2 months earlier. Seems like there is something that could be fixed by someone looking at the scheduled appointments to see what cars are needed before they show up especially a RECALL. This would be helpful in the future to make the experience more helpful to your customers. Just a suggestion. Thank you!
