A loaner car would have been nice.

My one issue is being told so much about the VIP service. I have had my car in there 3 times for warranty work and only once I got a loaner car. I was also told the whole month of July is booked and no loaners available. Maybe this can be looked into.

My main disappointment is related to the waiting area, it was not up to the Genesis brand upscale standards. It feels 'adequate' at best. The coffee machine was 'out of order' and only diet Pepsi were offered. To summarize, the waiting lobby was NOT inviting at all !!

I had an urgent problem with my Genesis. It could not be charged. Kyle made a huge effort to get me in asap. He thoroughly explained the possible problems and has taken care of it. I believe he is the best representative of a dealership I have ever worked with (and I am 71 and have had high end cars in the past). You are lucky to have such a knowledgeable and caring person in your service department.
Mary was great! Love that my car got a wash as part of the service. Thanks for the loaner. Car was done around time it was promised to get done.
