When the car was picked up. Steering wheel and Sunvisors were mildly Dirty. Had to clean the dirt off our steering wheel to restore it back to its original Color. The car had a nice wash. Steering wheel was the only issue.

Absolutely, positively the worst experience ever. Never had a courtesy call during the TWO MONTHS from Issac Diaz, the so call customer service manager. It was so disrespectful. Never seen anything like it. The level of service was just deplorable . Two months!!!!
