Since selecting Norm Reeves to handle all things Genesis, Kyle has been my “GoTo” guy and he has handled all issues promptly and professionally.
Removed baby seats and did not place back the seat belt which ended up getting stuck. Other than that appreciated everyrhing else.
Kyle is extremely professional and is a pleasure to work with. He kept me apprised of what needed to be done.
Telephone contact is a challange
Kyle handled the tough situation providing detailed information along the way. While the vehicle loaner program was impacted due to the various recalls he still kept me up to date on when a vehicle would potentially be available. Luckily the part came in and the repair was made before a loaner was really needed

Your representative, Kayle, was great. He explained the problem and an update to the navigation system was done however the problem still persists. The problem started two months ago so I am not sure if it’s just a weak reception area that is causing navigation program to stop and skip around on car screen. I plan on waiting a while before returning for possible service on this issue. Thank you, Randy S
