Kyle took great care. I was very upset at the process though. I asked for valet service for my car and was informed it was a month out . They told me if I brought in my car I had 3 options. Someone would drive me back and forth to home , someone would drop me off somewhere and the third was I can have a car while they worked on my car. Well there was no car available ( of course ) very disappointed so sat the 2 hours in the lobby which was nice but would of liked the car

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Ms Valdez she was very attentive to detail and very accommodating to my schedule. There was small scratch on the back seat caused by the service tech. I was very impressed that Mary owned up to it and immediately ordered the part replaced. This could have gone unnoticed for some time. Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos and Mary Valdez a valuable team asset should be commended.

Had several complaints. It took 5 weeks to get my car back from the time it was brought in and upon returning my vehicle, I had problems with the car and had to bring it back two days later. The service people took an additional 5 days to fix a problem they created and when I returned to pick up the car, I had to complain that they still didn’t fix one of the problems that was to be fixed. Consequently, I had to wait for the service manager to locate how to fix the issue and wait for it to be completed. It was not the best experience.

Mari Valdez is the BEST! She is what customer service is all about. She is kind, listens and is attentive to the needs of her customers. I have had Kyle before and he is awesome too. My only issue is that I paid for an alignment I was told I needed and my car continues to pull to the right. For some reason service can’t correct it.
