Mariela was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the repair/recall of my Genesis GV70. Ms. V. gave me a choice of loaners and she ushered me to it. The next day, she reviewed what was done to my car and I was satisfied.

Other than having to wait at least 15 min for my car until another Genesis employee asked me if I had been helped and said I was waiting for my car. He checked on it and brought it up. Then the warning light that I needed service in 5 days was still appearing as Kyle was busy someone else looked at it and brought it back to service. It was fixed but I had oilbon my floor Mats I cleaned when I got home.

Mary was wonderful! She was very good to work with, personable and very knowledgeable. She worked on finding if my extended warranty would pick up any of my cost for my service and she was able to find out that they would cover part of my service. She did an excellent job from check-in to check out and I felt very well taken care of. I would definitely go back to Norm Reeves because of Mary.
