My vehicle was supposed to be done in no more than 2 weeks. I heard nothing at 18 days. I called Mariela who said it was ready. She had not checked on the tire pressure gauge as requested but said she would can the next morning. I did not receive a call for another WEEK. My car took ONE month to be serviced with no call from my service person until I initiated contact.
