Mariela provided excellent service she took care of my needs and had me on my way home in a Uber in less than 15mins I was able to make good use of the rest of my day when I returned to the dealer my car was ready and washed she's great she provided top service

I waited 4 hours for oil change. Mary, the service adviser, knew that the oil change service was completed at 8:32AM. However, she did not inform me the completion until 11AM. Also, she was late in reply my text for requesting ride back to the dealer.
