I was told I needed my power steering fluid changed, I told the service guy I only had 15,500 mi on the car. (GV80) HE SAID THEY USUALLY DO AT 15,000!!

Your dealership is fortunate to have Kyle as an employee. He is the best service writer with the highest level of customer service I have experienced in 40 years of owning cars.
I was expecting the car to also be cleaned under the hood because it was very dirty when we bought the car brand new. However, the service person said that the detailer does not work on weekends. I was a little disappointed.
The car looks great, except for one spot, where bird poop is still visible and rough to the touch. I texted a picture when I noticed as I got home but got no answer. I wanted to confirm that the protective coat got reapplied, but it was reapplied on top of the bird poop.
