My car was left all day to do the recall software update. It was estimated to take a few hours but it was not completed because of IT issues. I will need to return at another day and time. Very inconvenient.

Kyle is always great ???? The only thing I was not happy with was they replaced my fuel pump and left me zero gas to get home with and the gas light went on by the time I got to the first light ! Wasn’t thrilled I couldn’t even make it home

Kyle Predmore is one of the best customer service representatives Ive ever met. Being in healthcare for over 15 years I can see when someone goes above and beyond and that is him. Hes always available to help and diffuse any car related grievance with professionalism and compassion. Unfortunately though. This is back to back to back visits where my vehicle came back overwhelmingly dirty to me. I own a white vehicle, and on the exterior there was handprints of grease and dust. Interior was even worse. Dust/dirt was present front and back of vehicle. Yet again, looked like someone spilt a drink on my front passenger seat and dashboard. Is it that difficult to wipe down if you spill something? Im sure at the dealership there has to be something that can be used. I replaced my front tires this visit and aside from the dirt and grime they came over inflated by 15psi. As i drove my car I noticed a sqeeking coming from my tire that was not present prior to service. Unfortunately dealership was closed and my car was delivered home. (One plus) This is incredibly frustrating to me to see the level of detail to go downhill lately. I fill out these surveys on every visit. And aside from Kyle and other reps, the services at genesis of cerritos are declining rapidly which is unfortunate. I pay a large amount of money to ensure my car is taken care of. I will soon have to find more reliable services in the future as this is becoming a trend. Ill be surprised if anyone contacts me regarding my grievance as nobody has in the past few visits. Thank you.

Vito and the service guy (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) but they both were attentive and answered every question I had. They did a great job and I left satisfied and heard!!

Kyle was great in dealing with my concerns and arranging for my car to be picked up after the service department was closed. But the staff when I came to pickup the car on Saturday couldn't have cared less. The girl that was on the Genesis side of sales couldn't stop looking at her phone for one second. I like my car and would buy another one, but not from her. At least the manager from the Hyundai side was helpful.

The recall on my vehicle was not able to be fixed due to apparent internet issues which means I have to bring it back again. Very inconvenient. Kyle however was awesome.
