Kyle Predmore always provides the best quality care and experience whenever I bring in my vehicle to be serviced. He’s been beyond helpful since day one and it’s because of him that I wouldn’t take my Genesis elsewhere for anything. This is my third Genesis vehicle and Kyle’s expertise and knowledge in his position at Genesis reminds me of why I continue to do business with them. Thank you Kyle for always putting yourself in the customers shoes and treating us like how you’d want to be treated.
I wasted half a day and my tire is STILL not fixed even though I paid extra for the tire warranty. Poor communication and terrible customer service.
Everything was pretty great overall but when I got into my Vehicle I noticed the hatch for the air filter hatch was removed and disposed of. I didn't pay for the service and it was removed and left empty. Also noticed that the screws were not placed into the hatch for the glove compartment.
Kyle always helps me service my car and has fantastic customer service. He makes the process easy and is always responsive with any questions I may have.
