I waited over 10 minutes for someone to approach me for my scheduled service and had to wave someone down. Once someone arrived everything went smoothly and he was able to assist me without further issue.

Picked it up and dropped it off on time. In fact he was flexible and dropped it a little later for me as requested.
The gas smell from replacing the fuel recall is still in the car. Would have thought it could have been cleaned to eliminate it.

I brought my 2023 Genesis GV 80 in for a routine oil change. When I got home, I discovered that the service technician over-filled the oil in my car. So I had to bring it back a second time to drain the oil system and put the proper amount of oil in my vehicle.
