I called the dealer directly to get an appointment for the recall on GV70 because after several attempts the online site did not work properly. I also tried calling the number provided on the mailed notice a d that did not work either.

I had asked that the rubber on one of the doors to be fixed I told them to ask Angela to let them know where it was but it never got done. Kyle is a nice guy. Also they had touched a lot of the buttons from the radio which I had all set up.

The only thing that I was disappointed about is that someone broke the silver trim that was around the lock of my glove compartment. We found it on the floor once we left the dealership.

There is a clear issue with the tightness of my steering that has been reported by multiple owners across the country. Your team has said that it is fine. I disagree. Several other vehicle owners from your dealership agree that my steering feels different than theirs. I disagree with your entire service department's assessment and will be reaching out to management to discuss.
