Mariel was great. She had my loaner car ready and had all my information so it was easy in and out of the service department. Texted me when she had all the information on my car. Told me what they needed to do and now we are just waiting for the parts to come in. She was very polite and kind.
Mary was a pleasure to work with! She was excellent with her honesty, professionalism straightforwardness, and you should be happy. She is part of your team. I don’t know if she is up for an employment review but if she is, she is definitely do a plus in her compensation. She always had a smile on her face and was a pleasure I say again to work with.
