Hi Genesis! First off, wow. Your Cerritos location extremely exceeds your Corona location. I’m greeted even before I get out of my car and assisted immediately. I’d like to say Edwin is very personable and remembers our conversation from my prior visit. Small things like that really make such a big difference. I’m telling all my Genesis friends to come to the Cerritos location now because of such awesome service! Thanks Edwin for taking care of my gv70!

Just one thing The mileage for the next service was set at 8k from 0 miles instead of 8k from the current mileage (6k), so it's set to alert me for service after 2k miles. Can I reset this or can it be reset without me coming in?
