Mary was excellent, we have nothing but praise for her. But we found the automated phone service at your dealership frustrating. It kept redirecting our calls to automated text replies or referred us to your web page. We found it impossible to reach a live person by telephone. Texting is ineffeicient and impersonal. It does not measure up to the quality of service advertized my a premier delership.
