Edwin Rivas went above and beyond. His tech came in at 6:01am to finish my car so I could deal with my newly diagnosed cancer. Edwin texted and called with updates. Kudos to Cerritos Genesis for having employees who care.

Kyle was great. Good customer service and was very friendly and helpful. My only dissatisfaction is that the brakes on my car still make noise when reversing and braking. I mentioned it during my visit and was just told to have the brakes cleaned if and when I get my car detailed.

The problem is better about 50%, still not fixed. Worse, the button on the hatch to close and lock the car now does not work at all.
