I went in to get the coolant light checked out. Service team members offered the 20000 miles service, even though it was still early. I agreed, my oil changed was done, as well as the service check. I took the car home, and the coolant light remained on. I called and texted Carlos multiple times the next day. When he finally called back, he told me to make another appointment. What was the whole point of the whole “service check”??? We are planning on taking this vehicle for a long drive, and i simply do not have the time to make multiple trips to the dealer. It questions the professionalism and capabilities of the service members when they have people coming back and forth for no reason. Seems like they should do the job and do it right the first time. This is the car my family travels in.

I come to this location since 2019 when I bought my vehicle and have been a loyal customer . Today was the worst visit ever and I’m debating if I should or shouldn’t come back to this location.
Michael Cruz worked hard to get our car in and out the door when we called last minute for a n appointment. We only needed a battery and felt like the 5 year warranty made it worth the cost. Michael Cruz appeared to be working hard for all his customers and I would definitely call him first as well as tell my friends and family about how him. He was friendly, courteous , and professional.
