Chirag was very nice, professional and communicative during the whole process with my car. He was probably the best person I’ve worked with at this dealership in the 2 years I’ve been going back and forth here for a few service updates on my car.

I was called to schedule a software update. 3 weeks later I show up to the appointment and they take my car and give me a loaner vehicle. 1 hour later they call me and say that there software update is not available for my car......

I could not have had a worse experience with this excuse of a dealership. I will make sure I never **** this staff again by getting within 100 miles of it. I was absolutely disgusted with how I was treated and the piss poor excuse of “service” I was given. This place is a joke.
