Jonathan did an awesome job of keeping me appraised of the situation and when my car was fixed. Really appreciate him taking the time as well to let me come back to the dealership and taking me to my car to get some items out I needed for Christmas.

I spoke to one at the dealer before speaking to me Cruz explained to him what was going on with my car and told him that what I need was on back order he steal i say bring it in because it might be something different we’ll it was what I told him them he sent me the price to fix it but then told me he couldn’t because it was on back order then when I came to get the car he made me go get my own car because he said he couldn’t get it started I will love to speak with a manager
Michael was very understanding of my circumstances and was upfront with every bit of information and the whole process. He made sure all of my needs were met as a customer, and I was impressed how Michael and his team were able to help me on such short notice.
