I appreciate all the help that Brandon Volkswagen was able to provide me. They were great in assisting in the repairs an getting my car back to me quickly.
The service representative was extremely helpful and really attentive…… The presentation of the vehicle when it was sent back to me, was kind of messy to the point where there were halfway bottled waters left in it…… So that part was highly satisfying.
I had a check engine light on for the past 3 weeks. You tried to fix it and today you said it was fixed and when I got in my car the chexk engine light was still in. Your service people are personable but I don’t trust your team right now.
This advisor was beyond rude and to tell a customer that he won’t change his policy and that I would be paying $200 for my car to move into the garage to be looked at is disgusting. He is not my normal advisor and I wouldn’t recommend him to no one.
Needs work on how to talk to customers especially repeat known customers!

Jonathan Zamora failed in every way. I requested service to my suction jet pump (5Q0-201-029) because it allowed fuel to flow into my charcoal canister and now won't restart after driving and bringing the engine up to temperature. But will start after the engine cools off. He never informed the technician of any of this. Instead he described an intermittent no start, sputtering, lack of power and heavy fuel smell. So he/they claim that my low preasure fuel pump is so bad it needs replacing before anything can be tested. On more than 5 different occasions I asked him and his manager "how did they test the suction pump and why not simply do that or give my car back to me. My mechanic informed me the the low pressure fuel pump would likely set of the check engine light "if it was only reading 1 bar of pressure", as Jonathan claims. The car drive perfectly until it heats up and then the ignition is turned off. So I picked up my without getting my suction jet pump checked and replaced if needed.
Totally unhappy with how I was treated at vw of brandon.
