Well if an appointment was given and you are not taken care at the appointment time , and have to spend such a long time waiting , that to me is that y’all are booking too many appointments and slamming the mechanics with more work then they can handle …

I dropped my car off at 9 AM and didn’t receive a call, text or email like I was told. Instead we called around 2pm looking to see if the vehicle was finished. A loaner vehicle was NEVER offered and we had to call and enquire if the car was completed. First person we got in the phone was clueless and failed to offer a solution other than trying to get in contact with the advisor that was assigned our vehicle v going to service and enquiring another the vehicle…. Customer service 1 on 1. Second person left us on hold for 30 minutes “looking” for a manager so we could speak with them to address the issue …. We enquired about a discount which should’ve been offered upfront with a sincere apology on why we hadn’t heard from anyone regarding service completion of the vehicle. Let’s just say I’m not thrilled to recommend this dealership to anyone or am I excited to return to have my vehicle serviced.

I absolutely loved my experience at Volkswagen with Carlos Melendez! He was absolutely amazing! it was really comforting that i got videos of my car explaining what was going on in a way that i would understand and pictures of my car before it was even serviced. Carlos was absolutely amazing during my experience! i had never had an experience like the one i had with carlos at volkswagen and trust me i i have been to too many mechanics, It was really nice to have someone that i felt was being completely honest with me and cared more about what benefited me rather than the money. i had brought my car to many places before deciding to go to VW and they just kept returning it to me without actually being able to find the issue but it was easier for them to just send it back and say they fixed it when they didn’t, but with carlos he was completely honest with me and told me it was hard to find and suggested i leave it for a couple more days for them to figure it out. which they did. and now my car drives great! if it ever comes down to it i would definitely bring my car back and request carlos!!!
