Jonathan customer service was excellent, I appreciate the time he took with me to explain everything in detail about the service that was required for my vehicle today.
Absolutely unacceptable. The adamo dealership has misdiagnosed and improperly repaired my cars issues numerous times now and refuse to fix/continue the repairs that have been present and necessary to be fixed since before the tdi extended warranty ended. The adamo dealership intentionally neglected to make necessary repairs at the time they were required as I was near the end of my warranty. Now my warranty has in fact passed and they refuse to fix the insufficient exhaust work they did to my vehicle and have failed to diagnose and replace heater core and EGR when necessary in numerous service repairs historically.I expect this to be made right by end of business day Monday, otherwise further action will be leveraged against Adamo VW
Michael was thorough in his explanation, and transparent about the wait time due to not having a tire on hand. He offered me a vehicle so I could make a meeting. Overall very helpful and friendly service.
