I drive 65 miles for Brandon's service when there are two other VW dealers on the way. If that doesn't tell you I like Brandon VW service department, particularly Carlos and Andres, I don't know what will. They're the best service people I ever dealt with in my 23 years of owning VW's.

Our daughter wanted this vehicle when we purchased it for her in 2019 and what a mistake that has ended up being. In comparison, your service standards are lacking integrity, and an ongoing attempt to manipulate a young, female driver each times she visits your various dealerships in Central Florida. All but one recommendation (tires) given was a premature attempt at getting some work in on our end. The video shown mentioned problems that were not there when we had our personal mechanic look the car over. Shame on Volkswagen!! $206 diagnostic fee?! What a racket. My husband and I have owned nothing but Ford/Lincoln since 2006 and this would never happen with a service advisor at Brandon Ford or Parks Lincoln. We have lived locally since our youth and we will be sharing this story with our network.
I asked sales for an appraisal of my car. It’s low miles and condition are attractive. They once again offered no helpful deal options for a long time multi car purchase customer. I requested a quicker service experience and received this courtesy. I think the sales staff, particularly the individuals making the decisions, are a (Screw the customer over) crew. I will never buy from VW of Brandon again, furthermore I will not recommend this dealer to anyone in the future.
Where do I begin, Rolando is an absolute super star. He made my lengthy repair process less stressful. He always kept me updated and I can say because of him you guys have a customer for life.

I am satisfied with the service I received and the politeness of the staff. But, a bit disappointed that Volkswagen is unable to fix my vehicle. But, I can't hold that against the staff at Brandon vw.
