Carlos always keeps us informed and is very polite and professional. He makes a difficult situation easier to deal with at times. We always ask for Carlos and sometimes feel bad for the other advisors.

Michael was kind, caring, and communicated very well. He showed great empathy when I was stressing over the repairs needed for my car. He made the whole process easy. I've never had any issues with the customer service of the service department.

Dropped my car off on Friday, was told it would be done possibly Saturday or Monday at the latest. I called twice on Monday, twice on Tuesday, twice on Wednesday and 4 times on Thursday. Left numerous messages, never got a return phone call or any type of communication about the delay. The only communication I finally received was the bill to say it’s done and then a text saying the parts had been delayed. I can absolutely understand parts being delayed. However there is no excuse for zero communication to let me know there has been a delay. Or simply pick up the phone at the dealership or return messages when they are left. I was also told the day I dropped my car off that when the services were complete it would be washed and cleaned for me. Not only was that not done but when I opened the door to get in when I picked it up three was good on the mat about to fall out the door that was definitely not there when I dropped it off. I will not be returning to your dealership.

Sydney was absolutely amazing in helping me out with an error notification in my car. Didn’t have an appointment but she found away to squeeze me in for service to fix my car error code and problem. The wait time wasn’t long either. I really appreciate her help and customer service.
Michael did a great job getting me in and out of the shop. My time is important to me.

The team lacked communication and I constantly had to initiate contact to get updates on my car. The lead supervisor Michael went on vacation and no one stepped up to communicate with me while he was gone. Not a good experience.
